FDHL has joined hands with multiple other development and consultancy firms including Habib Rafiq Private Limited (HRL) and Surbana Jurong, Singapore. FDHL, HRL, and SJ are widely famous development and town planning firms that are operating in the real estate development sector for many years.

Capital Smart City Islamabad (CSCI) is located in the most demanded and highly accessible sub-urban region of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Capital Smart City No Objection Certificate (NOC) is already approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). It is one of the housing societies in this area of Rawalpindi that are declared legal by RDA. Furthermore, this project has been issued with 3 NOCs from its launch.
